You must have Administrator Rights to XP, Vista, Windows 7, and Apple MACs running Tiger, Snow Leopard and Lion operating systems in order to update or install third party components needed to run CitiDirect Online Banking including Microsoft's Internet Explorer (IE) and Java Virtual Machine (JVM).
In addition, you must have:
 Full control of the Downloaded Program Files Folder and the root directory of c:\ on your system.
Ability to write to the Local Machine/software key in the registry.
Full control to the Windows System Directory/Java and Subfolders.
Access to your browser's Temporary Internet Files Folder.
If you do not have administrator rights to your personal computer, please contact your technical support staff.
