Addendums to CitiDirect Guides are now available. The addendums cover functionality enhancements to Trade, Payments, Reporting, Collections, Netting, Liquidity, Disbursements, WorldLink , File Delivery, and Lockbox services through CitiDirect Online Banking from September 2003 to March 2004. A new Payment Services Guide is also now available.
Enhancements include new quick entry formats in Payments, new global Liquidity reports, and new Reporting functionality. The addendums are to be used in conjunction with the training guides.
The addendums are available under the Learning Center tab of CitiDirect Online. You must be registered on our Web site to access the Learning Center. An Access Code is required for registration. If you wish to register and need the Access Code, please contact your Citibank Service Representative.
