To make getting started with CitiDirect Online Banking faster and easier, we changed the information we provide regarding system requirements to run CitiDirect.
We now provide you with both minimum and recommended hardware requirements for running CitiDirect on your PC. The minimum requirements will allow CitiDirect to run on your personal computer (PC); the recommended requirements will optimize your CitiDirect sessions.
Specifically, as a result of our adding so much power to the CitiDirect platform – our minimum hardware requirements for your computer processor, RAM, available hard drive space and monitor/display have all been increased. RAM requirements are listed on our Web site by operating system to accommodate more recent versions of Windows.
In addition, we have changed our software requirements to list operating systems certified to run CitiDirect Online Banking with exceptions to certified systems by language, as applicable. Information on Delphi has been added to the section on Web browsers.
