Service Requests provides you with easy-to-use, preset electronic forms, ensuring that all relevant information is delivered to the case management system so that your investigation can be started as quickly as possible.

Investigation Options

With Service Requests you can initiate the following types of investigations:

Debits not received by the intended recipient (Payments and WorldLink Multicurrency Transaction Service Clients).

Debit or credit entries on accounts that are unexpected or do not match those expected (Payments Clients).

Debit or credit entries with value dates that differ from those expected (Payments Clients).

Investigation Acknowledgement Options

When you register for Service Requests, you can select the method by which you wish to receive investigation acknowledgements – S.W.I.F.T. or fax. An e-mail option will also be available in the near future.
