Manual Download of Sun Java™ Software
A manual download of the Sun Java software may be necessary if you are unable to successfully complete the automated install from the Sun customized Web site for CitiDirect Online Banking for any reason, including insufficient ActiveX permissions.

To perform a manual download:

  1. Go to the Sun customized Web site for CitiDirect at http://www.java.com/en/connection/citidirect
  2. Click Manual Download
  3. From the File Download screen, click Save and select a location on your desktop where you will save the zip file.
  4. Extract all files and open the README.txt file for additional installation instructions.
