How do I request access to the Event Notification service?
To take advantage of Event Notification, your client definition must include the Event Notification Solution package, and your security manager must have given you the entitlements to use the service. Begin by contacting your security manager to request entitlement if you don’t already have it. If you do not have the Event Notification Solution package, please contact your Citibank representative.

Once entitled, a step-by-step guide and Web-based tutorial is available on the CitiDirect Online Banking Web site. It will walk you through the registration and setup process in detail. Click on the Learning Center tab from the main page, select Training Guides and then the General tab to access the step-by-step guide. The Web-based tutorial is located in the Tutorials section under the Event Notification tab. For a quick summary, you can also refer to our Guided Tours, which will give a snapshot of the Event Notification service.
