What do the Check My PC results mean?
Green: Your system has met all of the requirements to run CitiDirect Online Banking. There were no connectivity or throughput issues.

Red: A critical software requirement has not been met for CitiDirect Online Banking. You are advised to fulfill the system requirements before proceeding with the CitiDirect installation.

Overall Yellow on Connectivity and Throughput: This is a warning which does not prohibit you from installing CitiDirect Online Banking but implies that your connectivity or throughput may be not be optimal; hence your performance on CitiDirect may be impaired.

Normal Download: Your regular Internet connectivity, over HTTP, may be slow. This could be due to several internal or external issues. Please consult your local IT.

Secure Download (File): This is measuring against a secure download. May indicate potential issue with processing HTTPS traffic.

Secure Download (Burst): This may vary depending on your network connectivity. Please consult with your local IT.

Processing And Throughput: This may vary depending on your desktop PC or software applications. Please consult with your local IT.

Secure IP Status: CitiDirect checks for multiple IP addresses. Your network may be configured to conduct load balancing against Internet traffic. This may affect your sign-on process on CitiDirect Online Banking.
