When accessing the new CitiDirect Online Banking Web-based training modules located in the Learning Center under the Tutorials section, you may see an error message that reads: “Could not retrieve user ID.” This message indicates that you have not registered using an Access Code, which is necessary to view all the content in the Learning Center.

Contact your Citibank Service Representative for an Access Code.

If you have not registered on www.citidirect.com, use this Access Code to complete your registration.

If you are already registered, use this Access Code to update you registration profile.
