| How does the enhanced Favorites Reports functionality work? |
The enhanced Favorites Reports functionality enables you to manage a list of reports you have designated as favorites for faster access to the information you need on a regular basis.
The new Report Assistant feature in CitiDirect Online Banking lets you list your Favorite Reports. The Report Assistant is accessible from anywhere within CitiDirect and will show a list of all reports you designated as a favorite report as well as any report you have run in the last 24 hours. To access the Report Assistant, click Preferences from the lower left navigation bar and select "Favorite Reports". You can also use the keyboard shortcut ALT+R from anywhere in the application to access the Report Assistant.
