What are Automated File and Report Delivery exception notifications?
Automated File and Report Delivery (AFRD) enables clients to schedule file imports and exports, as well as reports, to run automatically – even outside a live CitiDirect Online Banking session. Exception notifications on AFRD processes alert you when a scheduled report does not run, or a file export or import fails. This in turn enables you to take quick action and investigate the failure and ultimately correct any issues immediately so your day-to-day business needs are met.
